The place from start to finish was amazing, from the day of booking Hayley was friendly, responsive and in great spirits! Check in was easy and the guidance given was impeccable and it didnât stop there. The helpful guide inside outlined everything for us and was there to go back to when needed. The place itself was amazing, not only to the eye but it was clean, modern with a twist with private surroundings, peaceful at night and just what we needed as a family with a young child and dog. We loved staying in this beautiful cottage. It was cosy and very well appointed. We have two dogs and were delighted with all the walks, especially from just outside the door. They loved it. This was our second time staying at Coed Llydan, and once again our stay was absolutely perfect. The cottage is equipped with everything you could possibly need and is spotless both inside and out. The location is fantastic, with beautiful scenery all around. Hayley is a wonderful host and had thoughtfully left local coffee, tea, delicious shortbread, and fresh farm duck eggs for us to enjoy, which was welcoming touch. We love it so much that weâre already looking at booking our next visit.

Take Us Back!!
Wow! We are in love with Coed Llydan and are definitely planning on returning. Perfectly tucked away on a lane which leads to a beautiful lake. The stunning views as you park up take your breath away. This fabulous refurbished property has been done to such a high standard and everything is beautiful inside and out! We loved the log burner and hot tub. Its perfectly situated for Snowdon, Anglesey and many many other places North Wales has to offer. Just a truley wonderful cottage!!

Beautiful lodge, idillic setting perfect for chilling and dog walks.
The lodge has been beautifully renovated to a incredibly high standard. All amenities where provided and whilst the hot tub took a few hours to warm up, it was the perfect way to relax after walking through the hills.

Would like to say a massive thank you to Hayley for making our Christmas the best one yet. The accommodation was spotless and little gifts left for us the shortbread was delicious â€ïž. Hayley was so responsive and was so lovely to have met her. Local walking is picturesque and made us fall in love with walking all over again. The cooking facilities were amazing and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. Sitting in the hot tub at night looking at the stars was so relaxing. We will 100% be coming back. We feel we found a little piece of heaven. Honestly canât get across how amazing the stay was. Thank you so much.

Beautiful, stylish cottage in a tranquil location with stunning walks from the doorstep and incredible mountain biking trails a short distance away. We loved spending the evening in the hot tub looking at the stars and listening to the nearby waterfalls and owl! The cottage was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. Very well equiped with dog blankets and mud daddy for washing our little furry friend , lockable shed for bikes and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking some nice meals. The fairy falls pub at the bottom of the lane also does a nice curry. 10 min drive to Betws y coed where there are shops, restaurants, pubs and more stunning waterfalls. Hayley was a fab host and was very helpful with our queries. We would love to visit again next year!

We had a truly lovely stay at Coed Lydan. The space itself is well equipped and tastefully renovated with high quality furnishings and appliances. The location is really beautiful, as is the view. It feels peaceful and private, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the wood fired hot tub on an evening. Most of all, we were impressed by how dog friendly this accommodation is. There are lots of thoughtful touches like a sofa cover, dog towels, spare bowls, a long line, even a portable dog wash! It made our stay with our rescue dog super easy and she loved pottering outside when we werenât hiking. Would love to stay again and weâd recommend to anyone, especially those looking to explore Snowdonia with dog/s.

What a magical place! We loved our stay at Coed Llydan! The most perfect cottage, stunning inside and out! The place was immaculate and we loved the style! Comfy bed, powerful shower, everything you need in the kitchen plus some nice treats waiting for us when we got there. Canât ask for more! Hayle was a great host, always quick to reply and provided plenty of info before our arrival. The two boys (dachshunds) loved it too, they said they want to go back asap!! Haha Thereâs a good walk straight from the cottage to a lovely lake, just turn left out the gate and keep walking! Turn right and you head back into the little village where youâll find a nice pub, local coffee shop and a butchers that also acts as a little convenience store too. 15 mins away from the lovely and very scenic Betws-y-coed too, where we had coffee at Alpine before walking to Swallow falls! Highly recommend this walk! I could go on and on but put it this way, we will be back very soon! 10/10

Stunning Stay
Our time at Coed Llydan was superb. Everything was perfect and spotlessly clean. The lodge was modern, comfortable and the owners attention to detail was impressive. On arrival there were goose eggs, welsh cakes, biscuits, coffee, tea, and sugar. A dog blanket for the sofa, an area to take your outdoor wear off as you enter. The interior was beautifully decorated and modern, we felt very at home there. You can see a lot of love and attention to detail was put into this lodge. The views were breathtaking, especially when you are relaxing in the hot tub, you are able to appreciate your surroundings. At the side of the lodge is a double gated parking area, so no issues when you arrive and plenty of space on the driveway. There is also a out house for those wanting to remove wet clothes or clean the dog. We didn't get to use this area as the weather was glorious the whole time we stayed. There is a beautiful lake a very short drive away surrounded by woodlands for you and your dog/s to enjoy or head to the beach. On the whole we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. I would 100 percent recommend you to check this property out if you are wanting something a little special.

Modern and cosy
We absolutely loved our stay at Coed Llydan. It was everything we wanted (weather aside) from a short break for 2 adults and our 2 dogs. The location is stunning with gorgeous scenery around you and so very peaceful too. The accommodation is modern and stylish but also very cosy. It was the perfect size for us and Hayley was a fantastic host throughout and was always there to answer our questions. I wouldnât hesitate to recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay and really would highly recommend this beautiful cottage. The location is perfect as there are some lovely walks from the cottage and itâs so peaceful which is just what we wanted. Our dog, Loki, loved the garden - the zoomies spoke for themselves. We had an amazing time at Hayleyâs place. It was private, enclosed and great for the dog. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, the views, the garden and wood burning stove. Hayley was available and on hand for extra items we needed (kindling and firelighter because we got abit excited on the first day and wasted some). Peaceful country getaway
Wonderful cottage in a rural setting - stayed three nights with my two little dogs. The enclosed garden was perfect and the cottage was beautiful. The setting was just what we needed - stunning forest walks just out of the gate and a stunning lake only a mile down the road. We enjoyed an Indian at the local pub which was very dog friendly and days were spent exploring the local towns of Llanrwst and Betws Y Coed. Would thoroughly recommend.

Our favourite Airbnb yet! Making the most perfect destination for our mini-moon. A stunning barn with every detail thought out. We timed our visit perfectly as we watched the baby lambs skip through the fields whilst relaxing in the wood fired hot tub. A guest book full of recommendations of things to do during our stay. We would highly recommend a walk around the local lake, visit to the Hanging Pizza in Betws y Coed and a stroll along the beach at llandudno (when the sun is out). Even our four legged friend was thought about - a sofa cover for him to relax, spare towels from the wet dog walks and a long lead to keep him near us whilst we were in the hot tub. A brilliant place to stay, we hope to return again. Thank you Hayley!

What an incredible stay we had! This airbnb is a real hidden gem, delighted we managed to book for a couple of nights - it seems popular and we can see why! From the moment we booked to the moment we left Hayley was an amazing host. We recieved lots of helpful information before and during our visit. We tried out one of the walks in the guest book. We were spoilt with fabulous views and cafe on the walk. The airbnb itself has been decorated and furnished perfectly. The property was immaculate. We had everything we needed and more. To top it off, we were extremely lucky with the weather, so had a true delight enjoying the views from the garden, including the ewes and their baby lambs. It was even more scenic than we had imagened. We hope to visit again soon, and we will certainly recommend to friends.

So impressed by how immaculate it was and how much attention to detail Hayley has given. My scaredy dog loved our walks up and down the hills and the area. She especially loved jumping in the little streams on our doorstep. There were lakes super close but we didn't brave it this time. We felt at home as soon as we were there. We've just got back from our long weekend stay and we are gutted to be home! We had a fabulous relaxed stay in the beautiful Coed Llydan and it's wonderful picturesque surroundings. Hayley was always available for us leading up to and during our stay via messages and yet left us to our peaceful retreat, the perfect balance. The cottage itself is immaculate, fantastic fixtures and fittings and wonderfully clean. Plenty of logs for the hot tub and log burner made sure it always felt as cosy as it looked. We really couldn't ask for more from a long weekend away and we will definitely be back. Although new to the hosting game they've really nailed it at the first time of asking, would give it 6 stars if we could.

Couldnât recommend this more! We rarely travel back to the same place but I would love to return here. Beautiful accommodation and felt so homely. We took our 9 month puppy and she loved it too - super dog friendly!! Had fun heating up the hot tub. Tried lots of the local recommendations including the chippy 10/10. Excellent...this really is a hidden gem. The attention to detail is second to none...the decor, accessories, appliances are all high spec and well worth mentioning. Not one cheap item in the property to take away from the hard work put in. The bed is super comfy and bedding super soft...so a good nights sleep was never in question. The lounge furniture was excellent quality, again, no corners cut, lovely comfy settee lovely log burner. Outside the garden is a lovely size, with a perfect hot tub with hooks for the dressing gowns provided. For those looking for a hiking holiday or cycling holiday, you can't go wrong with this property, a shed to lock your bikes safely in over night, and walks/rides available straight from your front door...plenty of them too! The owners were fab answering all questions promptly and precisely, meeting us on the day we arrived, but then leaving us to our own devices. Hayley and Rick should be proud of what they have achieved. Great welcome hamper, with everything you need to get going upon arrival...tea, coffee, bread, eggs, milk and welsh cakes...a welcome surprise for us. A beautiful Christmas was had here and great memories made.
